The American Finley is a passionate collector of antique maps. One day, she meets her ex-boyfriend and he tells her about the unique 17th century map owned by an antique dealer in Amsterdam. Finley travels to the Dutch capital. During the fierce negotiations, Finley falls in love with the attractive, but mysterious trader and uses every means possible to achieve her goal.
